As earlier in csc scholarship procedure, post detail about the acceptance letter has mentioned. This post is when your supervisor is ready to accept you as an international student in his / her lab or college, he will issue an acceptance letter. People talking that every university has its own acceptance letter format but it's not a big deal you can ask the professor about it. Many Chinese Professors have no idea especially if they are hiring international students first time in their lab. In that case, you have to prepare an Acceptance letter format draft with your information and send him, he will review and send you back with his signature and stamp. Some Question (FAQ)
1.Is Acceptance give guarantee of your scholarship selection in target University ?
Answer: No! After getting acceptance letter you are not sure while you will get select or not for Scholarship , Acceptance letter only can make your application material strong ,But if you talk about sometimes ago it was easy if you had an acceptance letter your admission was almost confirm but in these days its not happening.In Some case if your acceptance letter is from strong person such as Dean of college , Head of Department or any other high authority then you have more chance as compare to others.
2. How many Acceptance Letter should i get ?
Answer: It has been observed that students holding 10 acceptance letter , This is very awkward approach, Dont forget that holding too many acceptance letter you are catching others rights , so pleas think about it , 2-4 acceptance letter is enough , just put attention on your other application package except acceptance letter.
3.If i have more then one Acceptance letter from same university what should i do ?
Answer: Keep in mind you are applying within a single university, so you can apply only with acceptance letter , no need to send all other letter ,check strong and relevant acceptance letter and send it .
